Due to sanitary/health reasons, your purchase of any of the following: Undergarments & Swimwear, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We do not issue refunds for carrier delays. All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed.
Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 7 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged. Pictures are required. No refund will be given.
If the item is deemed defective by lavishfix.com, you will receive store credit, or we will replace the damaged item. If the item is out of stock, you will be given store credit. Bought the wrong size? Just return the items in the original conditions, with all the tags still attached and we will gladly replace it with the right size. If your correct size is out of stock, you will be given store credit. Management will inspect and approve all returned/damaged item/s when received. After approval, store credit will be given. All item/s must be returned in their original "unused" condition and must have the following attachments to it when returned:
- Original Tag/s and or Sticker/s
- Manufacture Label & Packaging/s
- Copy of the Original Packing Slip with Order Number
All merchandise item/s that have been altered, manipulated, used, stretched, or changed/modified to their cosmetic appearance for any item/s will be subjected to an automatic denial for approval and no store credit will be given.
